Life is hard when you're twins who are just so misunderstood by everyone. They just don't get you!...I mean - us!...them? *Ahem* Anyways, this episode is all about our double trouble boys and how they use their twin-ness to keep everyone at arm's reach. After a big blow-up between the questionable two they even begin to keep each other at a distance. With insults flying and quick hair style changes, these two are about to start a war. Will things be resolved in time to make the Baka Bitches once again cringe and complain about their creepy relationship? Probably. They're only 23 minute long episodes.

Episode 4 goes to the ladies! Obsessive otaku ladies anyways. We're introduced to a whole new character who comes in hot after one of our hosts. She's got good taste though because she's going after the brains of the host operation, Kyoya. However, her deep obsession with an otome (girl's romance simulation game) character - who has a strong resemblance to him - only messes with her ability to tell the difference between fantasy and reality. Has spending far too many hours alone in the dark playing her otome games ruin her chances at love? Find out!

We find our group of rich teens in the midst of a problem! It's Ouran Academy's yearly physical exams for the students and Haruhi needs to not be discovered to be a girl in front of the whole school! Yes, that's right, they weigh these teens and do check-ups in front of practically everyone. Gross and also super mentally scarring for those teenagers. It's cool. Anyways, on top of that there's also a creeper man running around campus grabbing girls' arms, apparently. You're all in for a treat (if that treat was like a Quaker rice cake with no flavoring) because this episode was the episode where nothing really happens but also a lot happens. Definitely grab a stronger drink and get cozy because you should be doing that anyways. Enjoy!

In this episode we see our rag-tag hosts come together to help an Ouran Academy student, (princess) Kanoko and her beloved "fiance" kiss and make up after refusing to communicate with each other..as teenagers love to do. There's drama! There's comedy! There's a brief debate on whether they're really engaged! There's...teacups? Well there's certainly a little something for everyone in this episode. This is the first episode of Ouran High School Host Club where we are introduced to our beloved main characters at this very rich academy where students simply have too much time on their hands. Clearly we do too because we're here to talk about those characters and whatever is actually happening with this anime. We're two 30-somethings who have been getting together every Friday to drink and watch anime for a few years now. However, only recently (the start of 2023) did we start releasing a podcast doing exactly that.
